Welcome to the Housing Authority of the City of Falls City website

We have been providing housing for eligible low to moderate income individuals and families of our residential community and surrounding areas since 1966. We oversee 108 affordable housing units within Falls City, NE. We also perform management services for 55 affordable housing units in Pawnee City, NE. The Falls City Housing Authority is a wonderful organization that is committed to providing the best quality of life for our residents. Through responsible leadership, teamwork, and collaboration we are the catalyst for positive change, revitalization and redevelopment in our community.
